Hillary Henley Obituary, Death – Hillary Arlene Henley, 31, of Kiln, Mississippi, died on December 5, 2023, to join God’s army of angels. Hillary was a gifted chef and artist. She spread joy and sunshine wherever she went. She worked as a chef for Bacchanals New Orleans and spent her free time with her friends and family, as well as working on her art. She was a free spirit with an old soul who adored vintage and antique items. Her family and friends will miss her terribly.

Hillary is survived by her mother and father Benny Ray Henley Jr., and Tracy Lynch Henley, Kiln, MS; three sisters, Whitley Pucheu (Shane), Kiln, MS; Kirsten Henley (Brennon Colson), Waveland, MS; and Cassidy Henley (David Smith), Kiln, MS; three brothers Andrew Henley (Nisa Ladner), Norfolk, VA; Shane Pucheu, Kiln, MS; and Chance Lynch, Kiln, MS. She is also survived by three nieces, Kylinn Pucheu, Raelynn Taylor, and Arabella Henley, as well as three nephews, Zaydin Pucheu, Axten Pucheu, and Radyn Smith, as well as her maternal grandmother, Arlene Chasez, and her maternal grandpa, Stanley Denis Lynch.

She was predeceased by her paternal grandfathers, Benny Ray Henley Sr. and Bertha Parker, as well as her 18-year-old cat, Maggie. On December 15, at 6 p.m., a candlelight vigil will be held at the Washington Street Pier in Bay St. Louis as a memorial and celebration of Hillary’s life. Thank you especially to all of our friends and family who have reached out to us with prayers, good words, food, and comfort at this terrible time.

We would also like to thank Hillary’s work family at Bacchanal’s New Orleans for all of the heartfelt tributes to Hillary and her legacy. We sincerely appreciate what you’ve done. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that you make a gift in Hillary’s honour to your favourite animal sanctuary. So long, Hillary, till we’re all back together again.
